These Keto diet rolls are just like the real thing. When you are craving bread, and lets face it we all do from time to time, they really hit the spot. That said, a lot of keto bread recipes tend to be a little ‘cakey’. Most of them do not have the crisp outside and the soft warm inside texture of bread.
With this recipe you can rest assured that you end up with an excellent substitute for the real thing. I usually make a double batch and keep them in the fridge or freeze some. They defrost fast and are just great food to have on hand when you are following a ketogenic lifestyle. Serve them with soup or to accompany a saucy starter that you can dip them into. DIET KETO ROLLS WORK FOR LOTS OF MEALS
Having good keto rolls on hand, opens up the keto options a lot. Have one for breakfast with bacon and egg or slather with butter to eat with a keto soup. Enjoy homemade burgers with keto fries, or take it to work with a keto filling for lunch. There are endless reasons to keep them handy!


- Pre-heat the oven to 350°. Prep and measure all of your ingredients. It makes for an easier experience and ensures you do not forget anything.


2. Place all of the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk the egg whites.

3. Add the vinegar and the egg whites to the dry ingredients.


4. Add the water and mix together well. Do not overwork the dough. It should come together quickly and have a texture and appearance similar to play dough.

5. Clean and moisten hands with water and shape into buns. There should be enough dough for 6 medium sized buns.

6. Paint with egg yolk with a little water added and sprinkle with the sesame seeds or poppy seeds. Pop into over to bake.

7. Remove from oven and eat hot smeared with butter, or store in fridge or freezer for use in the future.
