KETO SPICY CHICKEN LEGS: PRE-MADE DRESSINGS
This keto recipe uses a ready made blue cheese dressing. Personally I find that some pre-made salad dressings work fine for me on a ketogenic diet. The Paul Newman brand has both a blue cheese and a Caesar dressing that come in low in carbs. Obviously most dressings can be prepared quickly and are worth making from scratch as it affords you to avoid excess sugar.
On the other hand, both Blue cheese and Caesar dressings are labour intensive to make. If I am making a french dressing or an Asian dressing I find them quick to make and I always prepare my own. For these keto spicy chicken legs dish however, I used the Paul Newman Blue Cheese Dressing, which comes in at 6.4 grams of carbohydrate for 100ml. This works out at 1.2 carbs per tablespoon and 3 tablespoons are plenty for 6 servings!

4. Pour Passata into a mug or glass and add the Tabasco, with salt and pepper to taste,

5. Remove chicken legs from the oven and take out of roasting pan.
